Rotary Tiller Automated Robotic Welding Station
The rotary tiller robotic welding station is divided into two parts: the rotary tiller shell robotic welding station and the rotary tiller frame robotic welding workstation. The welding methods can be metal arc welding (MIG, MAG, CO2 welding) or non-metal arc welding (TIG, plasma arc welding). Since the welded workpiece is long, a single-sided ground rail is used to drive the welding robot to walk, and the positioner drives the workpiece to rotate to ensure welding of workpieces of different sizes and welds in different positions. The single-machine double-station layout means that while the robot is welding at one station, the other station can clamp and unload the workpiece. By reasonably configuring the operators, the efficiency of the system can be maximized.
